The Purpose:
PPRO is looking for a Sales Engineer to serve the needs of new customers, connecting to PPRO’s network of Local Payment Methods (Bank Transfers, Buy-Now-Pay-Later, Direct Debit, eWallet, etc..). In this role, you will guide PPRO’s clients on the journey from initial technical workshopping to final go-live and initial support prior to handing over to Technical Account Management. PPRO’s clients look to PPRO to provide a well-rounded individual who can provide the following: industry knowledge, technical know-how and a human face & voice to the business.

In this role, you'll be the key technical touchpoint for our clients, guiding them from initial workshops through to a successful go-live phase. Your expertise will help our partners, like Ant Group, PayPal, and Stripe, connect with more customers and access new markets using their preferred payment methods, be it Bank Transfers, Buy-Now-Pay-Later options, or eWallets. We value relationships and trust, and we're keen on finding someone who can confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll need at least three years of experience in a customer-facing position within the payments industry, alongside a solid understanding of technical concepts and hands-on experience with APIs. But don't worry—while you're not expected to code, being comfortable discussing technical solutions with developers is essential.
