Hey there! We’re an international staffing agency specializing in recruiting marketers, and we’re on the hunt for someone to help us with UGC content.

It’s a straightforward job: we need a candidate who is confident in front of the camera and knows how to charm an audience without being overly sales-y.

Our team is fun—everyone is high-energy and engaging. 

To fit into this role, you’ll need to be confident, energetic, and have a vibe that draws people in.

You must be incredibly familiar with marketing, social media platforms, and tools like Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and Capcut. Additionally, you should be comfortable discussing topics like Tech, SaaS, Econ, and Finance.

Task:

Submit a sample video convincing us to buy something you own (sub 30 seconds).

Pre-reqs:

  • You need to be confident in front of a camera

  • You need to have a recording space that offers good lighting/sound quality (this can be anywhere as long as the quality is good)

  • You need to be high energy and fun and the right vibe to pull off cool but not sloppy

  • Our ideal candidate would need to have editing skills to edit these videos

  • Ideally, you are someone with your own social media presence so you know how it works (no one here is asking for a million subscribers but someone confident talking on a platform)

  • Have good eye contact with the camera

  • Be a natural in front of the camera

  • No reading off of anything!
