As a Lead Paid Marketing Manager you will drive the growth strategy for Hike’s performance marketing initiatives while leading and mentoring a team.   • Strategy : Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation to drive sustainable growth.
  • Operations: Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, ensuring performance-driven execution
  • Strategy : Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, and programmatic channels, ensuring high ROAS and efficiency.
  • Strategy: Build & scale data-driven campaigns to grow awareness, acquire new users, and drive engagement.
  • Leadership: Act as a key senior leader within the Growth team, driving strategic decision-making and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
