Clinical Care Coordinator - Newberg Immediate Care

The Clinical Care Coordinator- Certified is the key liaison between the patient and their Patient-Centered Medical Home team. Team includes providers, clinic staff, and other health care professionals. Clinical Care Coordinator works to ensure safety, best practices, and high quality standards are maintained for the patient across the health care continuum.

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 
  • 3 years - Recent health care experience working as a Medical Assistant.
  • 6 months - Specialty areas: Recent experience working as a Medical Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • College.
