The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer service requests and monitor or adjust daily schedules as needed. This position will collaborate with all staff as well as customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.
The pay range for the role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour - based on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control and order parts for branch
Answer scheduling queries via email and or phone
Serve as main liaison for customers, field technicians, and service managers
Make programming changes to a variety of security equipment (training available)
Coordinate with staff, general contractors, property management, and outside vendors
Manage meeting schedules in a timely manner
Demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Perform other duties assigned by management
Education & Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an inventory position
Advanced proficiency in scheduling software desired
Must display advanced knowledge of recordkeeping practices
Excellent communication
Strong attention to detail
Must have excellent organizational skills
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
