- Trao đổi và phối hợp với các phòng ban/ đối tác khác nhau để đảm bảo chương trình và kế hoạch Marketing được thực hiện hiệu quả.
- Theo dõi, đo lường và phân tích dữ liệu hàng tuần/tháng, tối ưu hoá hiệu quả chiến dịch
- Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm performance marketing cho các sản phẩm công nghệ/mobile app & game trên hệ điều hành Android/iOS hoặc các sản phẩm tương tự,
- Từ 1 năm trở lên ở vị trí Leader. (bắt buộc)
- Có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp triển khai chạy Performance Marketing đa nền tảng. (bắt buộc)
- Có hiểu biết rõ về Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads,...
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý ngân sách lớn
- Cầu tiến và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Tư duy logic tốt, nhanh nhạy với số liệu.
- Là người yêu thích công nghệ, ứng dụng & game di động.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh là điểm cộng.
