At Qonto, the Data department counts 50+ talents, including 4 talents in the Customer Analytics team. Data is organized by distinct areas (e.g., Growth, Customer, Finance & Strategy) to develop expertise and increase bounds with stakeholders.


We seek a Senior Pricing Data Analyst to collaborate closely with Paolo, our Head of Pricing & Packaging. He will be your key stakeholder outside of Data, along with the Customer Insight department, driving the Pricing Strategy, and executing Go To Market plans.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Pricing Data Analyst at Qonto:


Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration to analyze the impact of our current pricing strategy, propose and drive changes, and coordinate their implementation, directly impacting our financial performance and customer satisfaction across Europe. You will have to deliver impactful recommendations to the business:


- Deliver insights to make educated pricing decisions: Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as assessing the impact of previous pricing changes (e.g. introduction of annual billing, introduction of modular offer, etc.), promotions or specific offers.

- Build our Pricing Analytical Framework: Providing structure, frameworks and guidelines on pricing topics (e.g., build experiment protocols)

- Providing dashboards to monitor performance of our experiments / pricing decisions

- Support other Business Unit: Helping them improving business cases and/or build new models

🤝 Your Future Manager


Your manager will be Nicolas, Lead Customer Analytics and you will be working very closely with Paolo, Head of Pricing & Packaging.


His background?

After his experience in the consulting world (BCG), Nicolas joined Qonto 2 years ago in our Data Science team, he then took the lead of the Customer Analytics team since its creation in January.


What does he bring to the team?

Nicolas has a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, that helps the team drive impactful results. With 2 years at Qonto, he has an in-depth understanding of strategic initiatives and can help you navigate a multitude of topics (he already worked himself on some Pricing topics). He loves supporting & mentoring the team and fostering a collaborative environment!

- Expertise: You possess significant expertise in data and analytics related to Pricing, aimed at enhancing strategic business decisions in a similar Tech industry as Qonto. You have an experience in building interactive dashboards and selecting the right type of visualization to convey the message behind the data and most importantly, to be actionable.

- Mastery: You are able to autonomously collect data using SQL, proficient in exploratory analysis with Gsheet / Excel (Python/R is a plus), and master statistical and econometric methodologies.

- Customer Obsession: You are driven to solve high-impact business challenges and are committed to delivering solutions that create significant business value

- Stakeholder management : You enjoy collaborating with business teams and possess effective communication skills. Beyond projects, offer your expertise in a consulting capacity to support our teams and C-levels on demand. Your quick, impactful interventions will help steer immediate decisions and strategies.

- Language: You are fluent in English.
