Job Summary: Rackspace is a hiring a SAP Business Analyst IV. In this role be part of an important and growing team. You’ll be a subject matter expert to both your clients and the team in SAP Financial Modules. You’ll be directly working with our clients and be responsible for both rolling out new SAP features and resolving complex technical issues.

· The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $128,300 - $188,210.
· The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $136,600 - $200,310.
· The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $149,500 - $219,230.
Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. #LI-MF1

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert for both our clients and your teammates, specializing in SAP Financial Modules. You won't just be rolling out new SAP features but also tackling complex technical challenges head-on. Your mission will involve engaging directly with clients, customizing applications, and transforming their business requirements into actionable solutions. Leveraging your deep knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting, AR, AP, and Banking/Cash applications, you’ll analyze customer needs, design effective business processes, and deliver remarkable solutions. Plus, part of your role will entail testing, documenting, and providing training on functional applications to empower our clients.
