When you join us you will gain unique experiences and valuable knowledge working across capabilities, sectors and geographies and have the opportunity to take your career in the direction you want.  The OpportunityWe are uniquely and strategically positioned to advise industry leaders in the face of increasing disruptions, an ever changing workforce and evolving business landscape.  Whether your passion is devising and driving large scale change strategies, organizational design or transforming HR organizations, we cultivate innovation and purpose.  You will find an environment that is both entrepreneurial and collaborative. Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders.  You will also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches.  For those with an HR focus, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, and advise organizations on a range of people-related challenges.  Skills and Attributes for successSome key capabilities you should be prepared to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams include:• Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges• Clearly articulate key messages and information across a number of communication platforms• Rapidly establish personal credibility and work confidently with stakeholders• Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients• Contribute to the development of thought leadership material, by conducting research to identify latest market trendsTo qualify for the role, you must have:• Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions• Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our technical capabilities (see above)• Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualificationIf you’re looking for a role that will challenge you, give you opportunities to grow and encourage you to own your career, this role is for you.  Ideally, you’ll also have• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines  What we look forWe’re interested in professionals who enjoy promoting the people agenda in organizations and change initiatives, bringing people issues and challenges to the forefront.  You will need the confidence to keep the people agenda front and center, as well as the interpersonal skills and communications savvy to do this in a way that integrates well with executive priorities and objectives.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $70,800 to $116,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $85,000 to $132,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
