Location: Remote - Arizona. MUST be based and licensed in the state of Arizona to be considered.  


Regional Broker & Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to guide and grow our team of licensed real estate agents while driving recruitment of top producers. This role combines brokerage operations oversight with high-impact agent acquisition.

Scope of Work:

  • Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations.

  • Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.

  • Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with agents, guiding them through brokerage transitions with high emotional intelligence.

  • Collaborate across departments to optimize agent experience and business scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations.
