Hiring a new grad full-stack engineer to join our team and focus on shipping products.
Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —
Build our AI tools for our end-customers to generate new Replo content.
Build our analytics and experimentation products end-to-end.
Build our payments/billing infrastructure to manage different customer use-cases.
Own our multiplayer editor end-to-end, deep dive into CRDT, React-performance.
Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end.
Can be hybrid in San Francisco.
Is very proficient in Typescript/React/Node.
Can leverage GPT/Claude/Cursor to accelerate their work.
Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue.
Is OK with not having product and design support all the time.
Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo.
Has a product and customer-focused mindset.
Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good.
Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it).
Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points.
Have a Computer Science degree or formal computer science/STEM backend
Have started a company before
Enjoy attending hackathons
Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously
Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode
Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
The salary range offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
