SUMMARY
The Field Service Representative is responsible for obtaining new potential business and partnering with the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To Identify by cold calling on New Potential Business in Territory
To communicate all potential leads to supervisor and Account Executive(s)
Maintaining and building relationships with current and new accounts
Servicing current and new accounts by visiting on a monthly basis
Laboratory intermediary and Physician Office Champion
In-Service New Accounts
Travel overnight as needed
Weekly written progress reports sent to Account Executive and Sales Director
Participation in Pain Management bi-weekly sales call and sales meetings
Monthly planning meetings with Account Executive, Regional Manager and Sales Director to review strategy and processes
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field required.
