Field Services Representative

Job Title: Field Services Representative

Department: Field Services

Location: Washington state

Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

SUMMARY

The Field Service Representative is responsible for obtaining new potential business and partnering with the sales team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To Identify by cold calling on New Potential Business in Territory

  • To communicate all potential leads to supervisor and Account Executive(s)

  • Maintaining and building relationships with current and new accounts

  • Servicing current and new accounts by visiting on a monthly basis

  • Laboratory intermediary and Physician Office Champion

  • In-Service New Accounts

  • Travel overnight as needed

  • Weekly written progress reports sent to Account Executive and Sales Director

  • Participation in Pain Management bi-weekly sales call and sales meetings

  • Monthly planning meetings with Account Executive, Regional Manager and Sales Director to review strategy and processes 

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field required.
