Collaborate with the product and design teams to align technical execution with user needs and business goals.
Build seamless authentication flows and other critical app functionalities.
Establish the technical foundation for future iOS and mobile app development.
Ensure integration with backend services, working closely with other engineers to deliver a cohesive product.
Champion Rubicon’s mission and bring a user-first mindset to every decision.
What We’re Looking For
High-level proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining web apps in production.
Deep understanding of authentication flows, responsive design, and frontend optimization.
Familiarity with backend services and APIs, and comfort working across the stack as needed.
Experience using data-driven insights and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to improve user flows and app performance.
Experience with Web3 technologies and building on Ethereum. A conceptual understanding of DeFi.
A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to iterate rapidly and refine features based on user feedback and usage data.
A passion for Rubicon’s mission and a belief in the future of open, democratized financial systems.
5+ years of experience in web or application development.
