The Pricing Strategy Implementation Analyst assists in the oversight of pricing activities with respect to committee governance and the Pricing Operating policy for the team. They serve as a main point of contact for the department by responding to internal inquiries regarding procedures, regulatory requirements, and project status updates.
Develop and maintain origination simulators to perform origination scenarios for the pricing and modeling groups.
Coordinate all phases of the pricing strategy into the marketplace.
Ensures new and existing products meet business requirements.
Partner closely with the Pricing and Modeling teams to ensure complete, consistent and accurate implementation of models, pricing, and policies.
Serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for the Decision Science to respond to internal inquiries regarding decisioning processes.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Work Experience: 3+ years experience of relevant work experience. Experience in consumer lending/auto originations preferred.
Working knowledge of relationship databases: SQL and/or SAS.
Ability to analyze risk and provide recommendations and/or resolutions to minimize risk.
Ability to build and foster internal relationships.
Ability to change direction as project demand dictates.
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate instructions to others, summarize and articulate issues, and document findings in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices, procedures, and techniques.
Ability to summarize, document, and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
