Software Engineer Level 2

As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented engineers to help shape the future of our platform.

We are seeking a Software Engineer Level 2 to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will be working on scalable backend services, frontend interfaces, and integrations that power our solutions-driven manufacturing platform. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean code, best practices, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our web services using PHP (Symfony, Laravel and a legacy framework) and Vue.js.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, testable and scalable code following best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features and improve performance.
  • Optimize and scale our services, ensuring they are secure and efficient.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and technical discussions.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of our platform.
  • Work with Kubernetes to manage deployments and containerized services.

  • 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks (Symfony preferred, Laravel is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Vue.js and modern frontend development practices.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL), and backend optimizations.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies (Docker, Helm) is a plus.
