Job descriptionHireArt is helping our client, a leading AI Training Platform, find knowledgeable Software Engineers with high-quality coding skills and native proficiency in German to work as an Independent Contractor.In this role, you'll help train AI to reflect expertise in software engineering by creating and evaluating prompts and responses and optimizing for clean and accurate code.This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.Duties• Create detailed prompts and responses in German to guide AI learning.• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in software engineering contexts.• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability to the engineering domain.• Use critical thinking to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.• Effectively use internal tools in English.Requirements• At least 1 year of experience in software development• Academic background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar fields, preferably from a school located in Germany• Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of Germany from having lived there for the majority of your life• Experience with JSON/YAML formats• Exceptional, native proficiency in German• At least a B2 level of English proficiency• Ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies• A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work• Familiar with AI technology and excited about its potential in coding• Previous experience training AI is a plus• Experience with Web Development is a plusThis is a remote, Independent Contractor position anticipated to last up to 3 weeks with the possibility of being asked to participate in future projects based on performance. The work schedule is flexible, and workers can work part-time or full-time hours at their own discretion. Ideally, candidates will be able to work 17 hours per week or more.Competitive Compensation: Pay is determined by project requirements, your level of experience, and market conditions.
