Parts Specialist - Riverside Ford Tulsa, OK.

Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated; the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

The Parts Specialist creates an exceptional customer experience while creating customer loyalty. The Parts Specialist is an interactive member in the parts and service team. The ideal candidate would be a self- starter and able to work independently. They would also be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Receipting and stocking daily shipments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Delivering parts to techs and customers as to achieve high cycle times
  • Inventory control including Cycle counting parts inventory
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and neat for a safe work environment
  • Weekly Warranty parts returns and scrap allocation
  • Miscellaneous other projects as needed
  • Daily training on parts sales, catalog and parts processes
  • Position requires person stand and bend all day and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

  • Mechanical knowledge or repair experience preferred
