Senior Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Spreetail is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Supply Chain team.


How you will achieve success in this role:
  • Managing your own sales pipeline; prospecting via cold calls/emails/platforms, research, co-leading meetings & negotiations and supporting VP of supply chain to close deals with executive level vendor contacts. 
  • Building and promoting strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements  
  • Be a hunter, driven to find new business opportunities and support leadership to close deals every day, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities.  
  • Consistent record of achievement in goals and being data and revenue driven  
  • Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail. 


What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 3PL Logistics and/or including 3PL Fulfillment Services (+3 years)  
  • Fluent Chinese/Mandarin speaking, know the dynamics of Asian culture. Affinity in selling into Asian Markets. 
  • 3+ years business development experience incl of;End to End pipeline managementProspecting, research, cold calling/ emails/ platforms, research and proposal creation and support in meetings, negotiations with executive level vendor contactsto creating a PO. 
  • 3+ years end-to-end consultative/ solution-basedsales experience  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success and enjoys working in a high pace environment/ target driven environment with high level of attention to detail.
