Finance Business Partner - Senior Manager

Reporting to the VP Finance and Corporate Strategy, this role requires you to engage and influence senior demanding stakeholders across different business group.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with C-level executives & senior stakeholders to shape business strategy, ensuring financial insights drive commercial success.
  • Serve as the trusted finance advisor, challenging the status quo and driving data-backed decision-making across functions.
  • Go beyond the numbers—work closely with teams to improve operational efficiencies, cost structures, and profitability.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop robust financial models that provide clarity and actionable insights for high-impact business decisions.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

    • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance (this is not a financial controllership).
    • Proven ability to engage and influence demanding senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
    • A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset—you don’t just report numbers; you use them to drive change.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management—knowing when to challenge and when to collaborate.
    • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
