This role is responsible for launching a new branch location and will require approximately 3-4 months of travel to established locations for training and operational preparation, including some overnight stays, before the new branch opens.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing and directing all activities of the store/branch, including coordinating and implementing company policies, procedures, and processes, purchasing and receiving materials, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory. The Branch Manager will be accountable for operational performance and profitability, ensuring efficiency and success in all aspects of the branch's operations.
