Prepare and manage recruitment communications with confidentiality.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Outsource candidates, post and remove job listings.
Demonstrate exceptional administrative and problem-solving skills.
Prioritize tasks, maintain organizational skills, and communicate effectively.
Deliver exceptional client service and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Education
BS/BA degree from an accredited institution
