Production Assistant (Freelance)

As a Freelance Production Assistant at SURI, your main responsibilities will include prepping for photography shoots by booking locations and models, organizing transport, sourcing props and outfits, and participating actively during shoots. You’ll ensure all the logistics are handled smoothly, allowing our Head of Creative to focus on content creation. Post-shoot, you'll also manage the collection and return of items used during the session.

While a specific educational background is not mandatory, having experience in production or creative roles, along with solid organizational skills and attention to detail, is beneficial. An interest in styling and working to an art direction brief could give you an edge, but passion for sustainable practices and excellent communication skills are what matters most at SURI.

The Freelance Production Assistant position at SURI offers a flexible schedule with about 5-10 working days per month, planned in advance. While much of the preparation can be done remotely, you will need to be on-site during the shoots, which may occur outside of London. Some flexibility is required as the brand continues to grow rapidly.

The Freelance Production Assistant position offers a pay rate of £13.85 per hour, which aligns with the London Living Wage. This compensation reflects the importance we place on the role within our vibrant, creative team.
