The new initiative:

This new initiative is focused on  expanding our AI-driven tools beyond pain management to tackle bigger healthcare challenges. This initiative focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and improving outcomes in areas critical to society’s well-being.


As a Expert Brand Designer, you'll lead the charge in shaping and evolving a brand from the ground up. While the basics are set, you'll define its growth, ensuring it connects with both customers and talent. This is more than just execution, you’ll bring ideas to the table, shape a bold, cohesive visual identity, and help establish a brand that becomes a reference in the space.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Shape and evolve a new brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels;
  • Develop and maintain a strong visual language that works across various touchpoints;
  • Explore how the brand communicates through social media, presentations, sales collateral, email campaigns, website, merchandising and videos;
  • Plan and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead-generation and brand awareness;
  • Own projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards;
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


What you need to have:
  • 7+ years of design experience at a tech startup or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution;
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
  • Strong ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate them effectively;
  • Experience working independently, handling multiple projects, and delivering high-quality work on time;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Base: €28,000 - €42,000
Variable: €2,100 - €3,150

These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
