The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with eviCore healthcare MSI, Inc.
Responsibilities-
Develop ETL processes and develop and implement data solutions.
Implement and enhance data, identify areas of improvement within existing ETL processes, and partner with data analysts to understand business requirements and deliver successful implementations.
Design, implement, and maintain database objects, collaborate with data architects to recommend optimal data models for data ingestion, and design, implement, and perform unit testing.
Validate data integration routines by developing and executing test plans and scenarios, including data design, tool design, data extract and transform, and networks.
Ensure data quality through creation of audit controls, proactive monitoring, and data cleansing techniques, participate in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, and advanced testing processes, and design, code, test, and support application software.
Contribute to overall integration platform, enhancing processing speed and error handling, create models for data interoperability between on-premises and cloud-based solutions, and plan and coordinate data sharing migration between systems.
Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets, build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management, and build data warehouse and reporting schemas.
Provide end-to-end support by analyzing logs for any issues in all development, test, and production environments and resolving and fixing issues to ensure minimal interruptions in daily jobs.
Gather, analyze, and develop solutions and ensure the timely delivery of scalable products both in architecture and developmental aspects, extend support to all teams across the organization by providing timely solutions and quick fixes, and develop functionalities of cloud solutions to ensure the standard of code readability.
Create data models and collect requirements from business users and transform them into logical and physical database designs, develop transformations in spark jobs, develop CICD pipelines, transform streaming data from SQL servers to targets, identify CDD data, and review the quality of code, ensuring compliance with coding standards. Qualifications-
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering plus three years of experience in administration, management and operations (including patches and upgrades) of data platforms (on-premises and cloud). Must have experience with: Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse; ETL/ELT technologies (such as SSIS, Talend, or Informatica); Data integration languages such as Spark; Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM templates; Hadoop and Hadoop distribution such as Cloudera; C#; Database technologies such as SQL Server, Sybase, or Oracle.
