Legal Customer Success Summer Intern
Are you a college senior or law student interested in spending a summer learning how technical and legal expertise combine to produce the best AI legal products on the market?
We are looking for our first summer intern in the legal customer success organization with a focus on our legal genAI products. This is a remote role a will be part of the Solutions Engineering Team.
About the Role
In this opportunity as CS Intern you will:
Shadow the sub-teams within the Solutions Engineering team to gain a comprehensive understanding of solutions roles in the customer experience
Learn and develop skillsets that bridge the technical product development and the customer-facing interactions
Work on cutting-edge projects to enhance TR’s CoCounsel offerings.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of CS Intern if your background includes:
Prior experience working with AI technologies, with a preference for legal tech and programming skills
Understanding of legalese, policy, regulations and their interactions with new technologies like AI
Curiosity to discover best practices for delivering customer success from both a technical and marketing perspective
