Senior Sales Enablement Manager - Canada - job 1 of 2

The International Enablement Manager will provide continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training for all Territory Account Executives in Canada.  Working in lockstep with the International sales leadership team, this role will provide dedicated enablement support - via remote tools and on the ground programs.

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Develop International training and enablement content in conjunction with Sales Enablement team leveraging our technology stack to include Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai and Google Sites.
  • Manage, deliver and execute training and certification programs for the International team 
  • Provide live and virtual training to sales reps to ensure trainings are being put into practice
  • Give direct feedback and hold the sales team accountable for goals and adoption of processes (ie, Sandler Sales Methodology) and tools (ie, Salesloft, Vidyard, etc.)
  • Provide pre- and post- Sales Boot Camp training support and reinforce tools that will enhance the performance of the sales trainee
  • Provide ramping Account Executives with the relevant feedback/coaching that will help to improve their individual performance 
  • Certify competencies in our sales process and Sandler sales methodology
  • Track training progress in correlation to sales results & communicate to sales management
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals
  • Own and execute training events and occasional onsite meetings (at any office globally)
  • Assist reps in deal-specific questions both remotely and in the field

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 5+ years of successful (quota-achieving) B2B sales experience (preferably in hospitality)
  • 1+ years in a sales training or sales enablement role
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics and how to influence them
  • Ability to develop & create content (slide decks, job aids, etc.) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ‘people person’; coaching and good presentations skills 
  • Ability to understand the sales process and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers 
  • Ability to work independently and manage distributed teams to metric driven programs 
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly when needed
  • Willing to travel 10% of the time within Canada and internationally to other markets
  • (Preferred) Strong understanding in Sandler Sales Methodology.
  • (Preferred) Deep knowledge of restaurant operations and processes

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
