Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join our team. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Your primary goal will be to optimize the functionality and performance of NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• NetSuite Configuration: Customize and configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, fields, roles, and permissions to align with business requirements.

• System Administration: Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, security management, data management, and system configuration.

• System Integration: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth information flow.

• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on best practices.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with NetSuite enhancements and new releases, evaluate their applicability to business processes, and drive system improvements and optimizations.

• Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into business performance. Utilize saved searches and reporting tools to extract and analyze data.

• Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and migration processes while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, operations, and IT, to understand their needs and optimize NetSuite configurations accordingly.

• System Upgrades and Testing: Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Conduct thorough testing and manage change control processes to minimize disruptions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities.

• Solid knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, forms, fields, roles, and permissions.

• Experience with system integration between NetSuite and other business systems (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow (workflow engine), and SuiteBuilder (customization tool).

• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics) are highly desirable.
