HR Content Writer/Researcher

TopFloor is seeking a detail-oriented HR Content Writer/Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling HR-related content, conducting research, and providing insights that will shape our marketing and client engagement strategies. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about human resources trends and practices, with a flair for writing and the ability to engage a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media posts related to HR topics.
  • Conduct thorough research on current HR trends, policies, and practices to inform content creation.
  • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with company goals.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the brand voice.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in the HR landscape and incorporate them into content.
  • Gather and synthesize data to support content creation and decision-making.
  • Engage with readers through comments and social media, fostering discussions around HR topics.
  • Assist with other writing or research-related tasks as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, research, or a similar role.
