Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team in the planning, implementing, and monitoring of a marketing programs. Provide marketing support to other team members. Responsibilities include tracking promotional campaigns, analyze data, and evaluate results; co-create and manage the production of marketing collaterals, event planning assistance; and providing project-specific administrative support.
Help plan, launch, manage and analyze omni channel customer marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle requiring them to be a strong project manager and collaborator.
Provide marketing support to TCPR's departments in the development of marketing strategies and marketing materials. This role will have the opportunity to engage and support TCPR teams in the creation of both print and digital content from initial concept to completion, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure business objectives, brand guidelines, quality, and budget expectations are met in accordance with TCPR goals and strategy.

Primary Job Accountabilities

Marketing Support:

  • Support the development, implementation, and progress of TCPR’s e-marketing plans.
  • Partner with team members to develop initial copy objectives/strategies and provide recommendations to the Business Development and Marketing team.
  • Collaborate in the creation of website content.
  • Monitor social media accounts, facilitate content creation and responses to messages.
  • Support the development, launch of direct mail, and email marketing channels through the coordination of requirements, asset and data management with print vendors and the use of available technology solutions.
  • Help drive the creative direction of integrated marketing campaigns by working closely with internal and external teams on concept development, brand alignment, launch strategies and timelines.
  • Keep track of website optimizations and present areas of opportunities within TCPR’s website.
  • Support the development, implementation, and progress of TCPR’s marketing plans.
  • Support the development and execution of TCPR’s annual marketing strategy, including product launches and enhancements.
  • Support market research, questionnaire analysis and customer feedback.
  • Support the development, production and distribution of marketing materials and collaterals. Monitor inventory levels of printed materials and coordinate reprints and/or updates. Support the coordination of promotional activities, events, and presentations.
  • Assist other departments to develop marketing and/or communication plans or collaborate on marketing requests to support business needs.
  • Help develop stakeholder and executive presentations to communicate updates, results and gain approvals and alignment.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with budget management by documenting estimates, invoices paid and tracking marketing expenses.
  • Provide quarterly budget reports to the Marketing Supervisor.
  • Update supporting pricing reports as needed.

Marketing & Media Analytics:

  • Compile insights, such as website and social media analytics, campaigns’ progress and results, special project’s performance.
  • Evaluate data, assess marketing’s initiatives efficiency, and identify market trends.
  • Interpret all relevant business information and research as necessary for the development of TCPR’s digital strategy, including any background and guidance to both internal and external members developing plans or campaigns.

Additional functions:

  • Own and manage record retention activities.
  • Coordinate with TdPR new vehicle showcase.
  • Support Kaizen activities including identifying new opportunities or gaps in current processes and helping to improve.
  • Lead or participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Document monthly programs (joint and standalone) programs and calculators.
  • Single point of contact for the Marketing Department.
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Route customer, vendors, suppliers call to the appropriate marketing contact

Knowledge and Skills

Education:

Required

  • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS): Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.

Preferred

  • Advanced Degree. Specify: MBA in Marketing

Experience – Subject Matter Expertise

Required

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)

Preferred

  • 2-5 years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry)

Licenses, Certifications & Specialized Skills (if applicable)

Required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Time management, problem solving and customer-oriented skills
  • Fully bilingual, strong verbal and written skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members

Preferred

  • Digital Marketing Certification
  • Social Media Marketing Certification

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. In some instances, working overtime and during holidays may be required.
