Middle/Senior Unity Developer

An international mobile game development and publishing company is looking for an experienced Unity Developer for high-ranking projects.

The company has been operating for 10 years and specializes in creating popular mid-core games that are successful with millions of users. Some of their products have reached over 15 million downloads, securing leadership positions in the industry.

The candidate will join a team of professionals with successful experience in creating sought-after and highly rated mobile games.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on both the client and server sides of the game: support and optimize existing functionality, implement new features
  • Solve technical challenges that arise during game development and support.
  • Ensure the app’s stability, diagnose, and fix bugs
  • Optimize performance and graphics quality for mobile devices
  • Collaborate with the design team, artists, and other developers to implement game mechanics
  • Ensure the project meets current technical standards and mobile platform requirements
  • Create and maintain tools to simplify development and testing
  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry
  • 2.5+ years of relevant experience with Unity
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile game development
  • Strong experience working on the client side of games
  • A relevant university degree
  • Russian proficiency at C1+ level
  • English proficiency at B1+ level
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality
  • Meticulous approach to work: minimal errors and careful handling of data
  • Ability to work within a time tracking system
  • Successful experience in mobile projects (at least one project that reached 100k+ downloads)
  • Willingness to work on a B2B contract

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with the server-side using Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and experience with this database
  • Technical experience working with crash reports and ANR (App Not Responding)
  • Experience with analytical tools (Google Play Console, App Store Connect, or Crashlytics)
  • Competitive salary ranging from $2500 to $4500 gross, depending on experience
