We are a leading Automation Software Company with a growing Center of Excellence (CoE) dedicated to driving automation across internal departments, SAP ecosystem, and customer-facing initiatives. Our CoE focuses on the discovery, development, and implementation of automation solutions that enhance business efficiency and serve as best practices for future customers, but also on collaboration with Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to enhance and evolve automation solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic goals.

Your mission: you as a CoE Technical Lead will oversee the technical strategy and delivery of automation solutions, manage development standards, and ensure high-quality, scalable automation implementations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in UiPath automation, process improvement, and solution governance.

What you'll do at UiPath

Technical Leadership
• Lead the internal development, solution architecture and support teams to ensure
scalability, maintainability, and performance of automation solutions
• Guide the development team in implementing automation solutions across traditional RPA, AI, API-based automation, and SAP integrations
• Provide technical direction during the entire implementation lifecycle assessing feasibility and recommending the best technical approach
• Ensure succesfull delivery of process automations to drive successful adoption and
increase UiPath product consumption in internal client engagements

Quality Assurance & Governance
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for automation
development
• Conduct code reviews and performance evaluations to maintain high development
standards
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment strategies, ensuring robust, error-free
automation solutions

Solution Support & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure that a structured and continuously updated support procedure is in place
• Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of automation solutions and
ensure that timely responses and solutions are provided
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of
new automation technologies
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing automations, ensuring long-term sustainability
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, RPA, and enterprise automation to drive innovation


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a technical bridge between the CoE, IT, Product, and Business Units to align
automation initiatives with organizational goals

• Work closely with the product team to suggest improvements of core functionalities and
integrate external technologies into the UiPath ecosystem.
• Manage relationships within the team, collaborating closely with business analysts,
program managers, and other functions to ensure seamless coordination and effective
execution.


Strategic Mindset & Problem Solving
• Assess automation opportunities, define architecture, and provide technical roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation developers, fostering a high-
performance culture. Provide guidance on best practices, technical challenges, and
career growth

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years experience leading a functional team of individual contributors or proven experience mentoring and coaching peers in a leadership development opportunity

  • 7+ years experience in a Software Engineering role

  • 3+ years experience in B2B software or technology industry

  • Proven experience leading technical teams or overseeing automation projects within a CoE or enterprise setting

  • Able to understand design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows and create reusable components

  • Capability to understand business processes, suggest process improvements, and develop RPA solutions around them

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business analysts, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical
    stakeholders

  • Passion for driving automation adoption, optimizing business processes, and improving solution efficiency.
