Your mission

The SAP Partner Business Development Executive is responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of revenue generation through the assigned partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships and business with a specified set of partners that deliver solutions for or support the UiPath platform. You will drive cross functional activities with partners and stakeholders to develop, market and sell these differentiated offerings. SAP Experience is required for this position.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Responsible for joint pipeline building delivering sustainable long-term growth.

  • Responsible for alignment between country-level and global stakeholders within SAP and UiPath.

  • Will manage, handle and be responsible for all GTM escalations, providing solutions and a path forward.

  • Develop and own the GTM strategy and revenue targets related to the UiPath + SAP partnership

  • Lead the joint partner planning process with limited guidance to develop performance objectives, fiscal targets and critical milestones associated with partner-generated revenue. Also, enable and develop the joint partnership with GSI’s and other key SAP partners to drive revenue.

  • Collaborate with internal UiPath stakeholders to help design and execute marketing strategies, strategic growth initiatives and communication materials 

  • Program-manage complex global initiatives with partner and report out on progress, risk and challenges

  • Engage with UiPath Global Account Managers and Partner Account Managers to craft and execute GTM plans that deliver internal partner awareness and customer demand

  • Develop an ecosystem for enablement and execution across internal UIPath as well as SAP and SAP Partner stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the partner specific messaging frameworks and solution positioning that promote the UiPath SAP Solex solution

  • Drive education and thought leadership across top UiPath channel partners for how AI-powered Automation fits into the needs of their clients

  • Collaborate with marketing on integration of the UiPath + SAP message into existing demand generation activities as well as net new activities that support the partnership

  • Provide programmatic investment ideas to help generate net-new approaches to increase the acquisition and expansion of customers

  • Bring deep understanding of how SAP sells and experience working in the field, leveraging existing relationships with SAP and the SAP ecosystem in the region

What you'll bring to the team

  • SAP Experience is required

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred

  • 10+ years Business Development / Corporate Development / Investment Banking / Product Deployment / Product Management / Corporate Strategy in a Software / Technology Services based company

  • Experience establishing and driving partner initiatives and relationships with Consulting/Advisory, Managed Services or large Systems Integrators

  • Proven track record of successfully working with complex partners, both global and regional on revenue production and cost reduction programs
