Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer at U.P., you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience of high-level professionals and fitness enthusiasts.

Key Tasks

Creative design: Develop visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, and more.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with U.P.’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to produce high-quality assets that support our campaigns and initiatives.

Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Client-Centric Design: Understand our clients’ needs and preferences to create designs that engage and inspire our target audience. Professional growth: This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development through exposure to diverse projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience with high-quality brand assets

  • 3 years of experience with qualification in Graphic Design or possess 5+ years of relevant experience without qualification.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools Must be competent in colour correction, editing photos (Photoshop/Camera Raw).
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
  • Time management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advantageous: XD, Figma, Microsoft Suite and After Effects - passion for motion animation.
