The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and tactical support role that will work closely with leaders and employees at all levels. The HRBP provides information, guidance, consultation, and facilitates the delivery of HR services. As an HRBP you must have a strong commitment to provide an optimal employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness and growth. The HRBP prides themselves in being highly collaborative and fostering strong partnerships with our clients and our HR specialty partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The annual base salary range for this position is from $112,923 to $178,464, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.
