The Manager of Performance Management assists in the establishment of operational performance metrics and the monitoring of key performance indicators to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, cost, etc. Institutes policies and procedures that ensure that process changes are sustained. Collaborates with Operational Leaders to include Market and Hospital Presidents, CFOs, and other senior leadership.
Important note: 25% to 50% overnight travel within CommonSpirit Health's Central Region is required.
