Job Description

The Corporate Actions Testing Associate will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for

system enhancements and new applications. This role ensures that changes meet business

needs before production deployment by conducting testing in non-production environments. The

Associate will collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and IT to facilitate

automation, validate changes, and sign off on new functionality.

Responsibilities:

● Analyze business requirements and develop test plans/cases using Application

Lifecycle Management (ALM)

● Execute end-to-end testing in distributed and/or mainframe test environments

● Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA

● Contribute to test automation initiatives

● Assist with compliance, audit follow-ups, and risk management

● Lead and facilitate training for junior team members

● Present findings clearly in meetings and small to mid-sized groups

● Manage small projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

● 4+ years of relevant experience

● Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

● Understanding of distributed and/or mainframe test environments

● Knowledge of Software Implementation Lifecycle (SILC), Agile, Kanban, ALM, and

JIRA

● Experience in Corporate Actions or Asset Services preferred

● Strong analytical and communication skills
