Operational Support Engineer

ValueSync is seeking an Operational Support Engineer to join our Client's dynamic operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of production systems and services. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing technical support to both internal teams and clients. Your efforts will ensure high availability and reliability of our systems, helping to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain production systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide support for incident management, investigating and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Document processes, procedures, and system changes to maintain effective operational records.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Assist in the deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in operational support or systems administration preferred.
