Be responsible for growing a critical managed services pillar that provides services to clients to plan, manage, and execute strategic business processes and programs more effectively.
Lead highly specialized teams to carry out large multi-year migrations of commercial card clients from one payment platform to another
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Visa Managed Services in North America.
Ideate, develop, price, sell and oversee the delivery of services that improve client’s operational and business process performance.
Tailor new and existing services to meet client's needs. Uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities with respect to managed services. Present solutions to clients that address their needs.
Identify and collaborate with third-party partners who can complement and supplement solution sets.
Develop bespoke and scalable products leveraging Visa assets and as needed, third-party partner assets.
Define the value proposition and develop sales collateral, including sales presentations.
Manage and maintain the P&L, encompassing revenue, expenditure, profit margin, and business development pipeline.
Position has direct reports.
Domestic travel required 20% of the time.
Position reports to the New York, NY office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
