As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in our Quality Team, ensuring we deliver the highest quality products to our customers. You'll work alongside the manufacturing team to ensure every product meets customer requirements while also compiling data for Root Cause Corrective Actions and training personnel on inspection techniques. Your analytical skills will shine as you assist in developing Control Plans and Inspection Plans. Collaboration is key, as you may work with third-party auditors and regulatory agencies. Your insights will help drive quality improvement suggestions, enforcing compliance to our Control and Inspection Plans. A successful Quality Control Inspector at VBC should have at least 2 years of construction experience, strong analytical capabilities, and an understanding of Lean/6Sigma principles. We’re looking for team players who can communicate effectively and build positive relationships across different functions.
