We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in leading high-performing development teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and cloud technologies such as AWS Lambda and Serverless architectures. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and overseeing the development of complex, mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring team members' growth and satisfaction.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Technical Direction: Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance in the design and architecture of scalable applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC while optimizing cloud solutions using AWS Lambda and Serverless frameworks.
Cloud Architecture: Design and implement serverless architectures on AWS, leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other cloud services to build scalable and cost-efficient systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to deliver seamless user experiences and feature-rich products. Maintain open communication and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Quality Assurance: Promote best practices for code quality, security, and testing. Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to ensure rapid, error-free deployments.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency, performance, and maintainability of software systems. Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and Serverless architecture.
Deep understanding of cloud-based services, including AWS, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Proven experience with building scalable, high-performance web applications using MVC patterns.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Software Development Lifecycle: Expertise in managing and delivering large-scale projects in Agile environments, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and drive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
