Location: Remote
Stipend: Upto 15,000 INR
Duration: 3-6 months 
Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM IST,  Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Job Description

As an Operations Intern at Weekday.Works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring zero no-shows and maintaining a high interview completion rate. You will work closely with our major clients based in the US, ensuring that their interview needs are met efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our interview scheduling process and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a 90% interview completion rate for scheduled candidates through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues by proactively communicating with interviewers & candidates.
  • Ensure candidates are fully informed about the company and job description they've applied for.
  • Collaborate with the dynamic scheduling team to efficiently schedule/re-schedule interviews ensuring smooth coordination.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
