In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales opportunities through innovative networking and savvy social media engagement. Your ability to connect genuinely with customers is key; maintaining and developing strong relationships through personal contact and meetings will set you apart. You’ll collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure your daily sales routes are perfectly aligned and rigorously captured in Salesforce. Additionally, your participation in relevant training sessions will keep you sharp and up-to-date with our best practices. You'll dive into our lead playbook, preparing strategic engagement plans to target the right decision-makers for maximum conversion. Feedback from customers will form the backbone of your approach, enabling you to adapt and excel. Plus, your knack for documenting sales and trends will help inform business strategies. With a background in sales over the past 3-4 years, you’ll bring invaluable communication skills and a deep understanding of marketing techniques to the table, alongside a results-driven mindset. A bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing will round out your profile perfectly.
