Your Mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a pivotal role in our client’s sales engine. Your mission is to qualify and convert target accounts while ensuring timely, data-driven, and effective engagement. You will:
Conduct lead qualification and stakeholder mapping across the fleet, sustainability, procurement, and IT teams.
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to enrich account data.
Execute and coordinate regional marketing and sales outreach, including webinars, grant-based initiatives, and policy-driven campaigns.
Act as a critical bridge between marketing, business development, and strategic sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and tier advancement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B lead qualification.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of pipeline management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and map stakeholders within target accounts.
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar research platforms.
Strong coordination skills, particularly in webinar logistics, follow-ups, and speaker outreach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global sales and marketing teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Exposure to industries like EV, clean tech, SaaS, or public sector sales.
Experience supporting partner-led sales or channel coordination.
Familiarity with marketing automation systems or webinar tools.
Understanding of fleet operations, procurement cycles, or infrastructure planning.

10+ qualified discovery calls per month.
10+ Tier 2 accounts enriched with 3–5 stakeholders added monthly.
30%+ conversion rate from discovery calls to sales opportunities.
95%+ CRM accuracy in contact roles, tagging, tiering, and engagement tracking.
Execution of at least 1 webinar per quarter in-region.
100% of leads are contacted within 2 business days.
10+ Tier 3 to Tier 2 accounts surfaced monthly.
