About the Sr Environmental Project Manager - Customer Implementation
The Support Operations Sr. Project Manager is part of a small team specifically organized to launch and support new SES operations or provide backfill where needed. This position will report into the Support Team TM and manage several exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will be deployed to new and existing customer locations to plan and direct all onsite or remote activities at highly complex client location(s) with revenues over $.5MM, in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of multiple hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state & local regulations. Manage and plan activities of onsite personnel or 3rd party contractors. Serve as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues and contract management. Maintain pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Identify regulatory, business, personnel concerns, develop and implement processes and solutions. Additionally, this position will work with management to develop and implement a strategic project roadmap and operational framework. This position will be deployed until these sites have the permanent personnel required to service the project.
Position is remote, however individual must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Indianapolis, IN area.

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $70,870/annually - $103,896/annually. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% annual target bonus.
