RPO transformational recruiting work.Job Responsibilities: High volume screening and selection for light industrial roles: Responsible for routinely screening up to 10 candidates per dayQuickly and efficiently access candidate answers to standardized questions and match them to the role that best fits their interest and skillsIncreasing candidate engagement and setting proper expectations: Use client employee value proposition to engage the candidate and increase their level of interest for the role and opportunity Set clear expectations with the candidate for the role and ensure they are comfortable with all aspects of the position they are accepting Leverage text, phone and email to engage the candidate and ensure limited fall out through the process Client Stakeholder Interactions:Work directly with assigned stakeholders for reporting, progress updates and potential concerns Always provide a high-level of customer service and sales to client stakeholders Potential needs for in-person meetings on a quarterly or annual basis with assigned distribution center leadershipIndividual contributor as part of the larger team-oriented environment Responsible for individual levels of productivity Working directly and indirectly with other on-shore recruiters, marketing team and leads as well as working with 3rd party vendors and off-shore support staff to achieve overall recruiting objectives Contribute to creative solutions and opportunities to develop a world-class recruiting team: Actively raise concerns, look for opportunities to improve and be a vocal and contributing member to the overall team Role requirements: Candidate must be able to work virtually in a professional setting without distractions and additional commitments outside of work during standard work hours of 8am – 5pm Ability to travel up to 3 consecutive days at least once per monthShow full descriptionCollapse
