Action is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in downtown San Diego.
The Maintenance Technician, supervised by the Chief Building Engineer, ensures upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association. Responsibilities include patching and painting, wallpaper repair, and cleaning engineering spaces. They also handle emergency preparedness and response, addressing issues such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes promptly. Continuous hands-on training is provided to support these duties, with a focus on potential advancement to a full-time Building Engineer role.
Compensation: $26 - $28
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
