We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. As the operational backbone of our partnerships program, you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with global advertising agencies, major media companies, and innovative data partners. Drive systematic follow-through on partnership opportunities, ensuring smooth handoffs between executive relationships and day-to-day execution
Manage and maintain our deal registration process, ensuring proper attribution of partner-influenced revenue
Create compelling partner enablement materials, including one-pagers and sales decks for agency partnerships
Coordinate complex scheduling and follow-up for strategic partnership meetings
Build and maintain partnership records and reporting in Salesforce
Proven track record of exceptional organization and attention to detail, particularly in managing complex relationships and calendars
Strong written communication skills and professional presence when interfacing with external partners
Background in sales coordination, partnerships, or agency/media company operations is valuable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence
Learn the ins and outs of modern B2B SaaS partnerships while working with major brands
