Junior Software and Asset Management Specialist - e-Xperience Associate

What does this role involve?

• You will support the maintenance of a central repository for software licenses purchased within the Group as well as managing and analyzing a repository of nearly 500k software installations.
• You will be responsible for co-creating the Team's internal website.
• You will verify employee requests for software purchases and learn to analyze software licenses/terms of service.
• You will support the creation of dashboards (in Google’s Looker Studio) to aid Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
• On a daily basis, you will classify and categorize software within the company's catalog.
• Getting your hands on Google BigQuery as well as some automation in App Script is also an option, if you are interested.

We are looking for people who:

• Are eager to continuously develop their skills and expand their knowledge, particularly in the area of intangible asset licensing
• Like analyses and can demonstrate analytical thinking
• Are familiar with spreadsheet software (Excel/GSheets)
• Are willing to act according to the best practice recommended in the team….
• Know how to design/visualise operational processes
• Know English at B2+ level
