Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all requirements are met

  • Support onsite event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting issues

  • Maintain and organize event-related documents, contracts, and schedules

  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for events

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event staff and participants

  • Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event trends to improve future planning

  • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
