The Director of Consumer Practices Compliance is responsible for leading a team within the Consumer Practices (UDAAP) Program for American Express National Bank (“Bank”). This position will drive day-to-day compliance activities that focus on the execution of UDAAP related risk assessments; the preparation, reporting and communication of testing findings to management and compliance committees; and demonstrating credible challenge on potential consumer practices risk.
Qualifications:
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
